I haven’t been sleeping well, which makes me tired, which makes me snack. My mom has been here (she left on Sunday) and snack food was readily available and so I chowed down. They say the proof is in the pudding…well in my case the proof is in the number on the scale! YUCK!
I am seriously lacking motivation. I know exactly what the problems are, I just need to get my butt in gear and get’er done! I am tired, grumpy, unhappy, disorganized, lazy and a professional procrastinator. I know all of these things, I need to change them. I know that if I get going and get back into the groove everything will fall into place…I’ll eat better, sleep better, be able to focus better….I am just struggling to get going. *sigh* It’s all just excuses and I am the only one who can stop them. One of these days I will report that I am back at it and how well I am doing…I hope it is soon. I NEED THIS!
