The One Pound Plan



I found this little gem on Pintrest and it gave me a place to start this week.  Last week was a bit of a bust- both at the gym and eating.  So…I’ll plan to do better this week starting with week two of my C25K program.  Its also scheduled for a photo update this week…oh goody! 
Other than a lack of motivation and a heap of frustration it has been a good week.  I’m excited to get back to the  gym tomorrow.
